- All payments are processed through Stripe. By paying, you agree to Stripe’s Terms of Service.

- You may not use the Services for unlawful purposes, interfere with other users, or attempt unauthorized access.
- 2.6 Intellectual Property
- All Ten4 content and branding are owned by Ten4 or its licensors.
- 2.7 Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
- The Services are provided “as is.” Ten4’s liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12
- months before a claim.
- 2.8 Indemnification
- You agree to defend and indemnify Ten4 against claims arising from your use of the Services.
- 3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- 3.1 General Policy
- All transactions are final unless otherwise stated or required by law.
- 3.2 Client Cancellations

- 3.3 Driver Cancellations
- Repeated cancellations without cause may result in suspension.

- 4.1 Purpose
- Defines obligations between drivers and clients on the Ten4 platform.
- 4.2 Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate job details, pay through Ten4, maintain a safe job site.
- 4.3 Driver Responsibilities
- Arrive on time, comply with laws, maintain equipment, carry insurance.
- 4.4 Payment Terms
- Payments to drivers are made only through Ten4 after job completion. Ten4 may hold funds during disputes.
- 4.5 Dispute Resolution
- Both parties must first attempt resolution via Ten4’s support team.
- 4.6 Liability Disclaimer
- Ten4 is a software platform and not a provider of trucking services.
